Who may use the site.

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these Terms. The site is intended for business and professional use. You may not use it for an illegal or unauthorized purpose or in a way that violates another person's rights.

Website information and intake recommendations.

Material on this site is general information, not legal, financial, employment, investment, or other professional advice. The AI-assisted intake uses automated systems, rules, and, when configured, a third-party language model to ask follow-up questions and recommend a possible entry point.

Automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for evaluating whether an output is suitable for your situation. An intake recommendation is not an offer, acceptance, commitment, or promise that 10x.ai will take on work, invest, invite you to a program, publish a submission, or produce a particular result.

Human review.

No model makes the final decision on a Co-Founders Lab application or business engagement. A person reviews submitted briefs and applications. Any engagement, investment, employment, founder, partnership, or other commercial relationship requires a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Published results.

Case studies and portfolio figures describe identified historical work or company-reported operating records. Linked sources identify the public record supporting a published figure where one is available. Past performance, client results, portfolio totals, projections, and illustrative examples do not guarantee future performance. Results vary by starting point, market, execution, budget, timing, and other factors.

Your submissions.

You retain any rights you have in the material you submit. You give us permission to process, store, summarize, and share that material within 10x.ai and with the service providers described in the Privacy Policy as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate the opportunity, operate the intake, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your submission and for having the right to provide it. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, or unnecessarily sensitive material. Submitting an idea does not create a confidential, fiduciary, advisory, employment, partnership, or investment relationship. If information requires contractual confidentiality, contact us before submitting it through the website.

Acceptable use.

You may not:

• send malware, probe security, overload the service, or bypass verification or rate limits;
• scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or systematically extract the site except as permitted by law or a published interface;
• impersonate another person, submit false contact details, or collect another person's information without authority;
• use the site to harass, discriminate, defame, spam, phish, or solicit unlawful activity; or
• copy or exploit site content to build a competing service without written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or the service, users, or others are at risk.

Content and intellectual property.

The site, its design, text, software, graphics, marks, and other content are owned by 10x.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the site for your own lawful business evaluation. No other right or license is granted unless we agree in writing.

Third-party services and links.

The site relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to websites we do not control. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices, and a link does not necessarily mean endorsement.

Availability and changes.

We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the site or a free feature. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free availability. We may correct errors and update content without notice, except where notice is required by law.

Disclaimers and liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and free intake are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or a particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10x.ai and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the site or reliance on an intake output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, severability, and applicable law.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions. Mandatory consumer or other rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
